Follow patterns of the 90% not the 10% even though both are successful.

In the pursuit of success, many are often tempted to replicate the lives and actions of successful individuals. While it's true that learning from others can be valuable, it's equally important to understand that success often follows patterns rather than people. In this article, we'll delve into the idea that following success patterns, specifically those with a 90% success rate, holds a higher potential for achieving your goals compared to trying to emulate the outliers in the remaining 10%.

The Power of Success Patterns

Consistency and Reliability:

Success patterns are built on consistent and reliable principles that have proven to work across various situations and industries. These patterns have stood the test of time, making them a more dependable choice for achieving success.

Efficiency and Effectiveness:

Patterns of success are typically more efficient and effective because they have been refined and optimized over time. They represent the distilled wisdom of countless individuals who have trodden the path before you.

Reduced Risk:

Success patterns often come with reduced risk. When you follow a well-established pattern, you benefit from the lessons learned by those who have faced challenges and setbacks. This minimizes the likelihood of costly mistakes.

Scalability:

Success patterns are scalable. They can be adapted to various situations and magnified for greater success. By following a proven pattern, you can apply it to different areas of your life or business with confidence.

Understanding the Outlier Effect

While outliers, individuals who achieve extraordinary success despite unconventional methods, can be inspirational, they are not representative of the typical path to success. The outlier effect can be misleading, as it often neglects the many who have attempted similar approaches without achieving the same level of success.

The 90% Rule: Prioritizing Proven Success Patterns

When faced with choices in your quest for success, prioritize the patterns that have a 90% success rate. These patterns have a track record of consistently delivering results and are more likely to lead you toward your goals. It's essential to differentiate between what's aspirational and what's practical when seeking guidance on your journey.

Applying the 90% Rule to Your Life

Goal Setting:

When setting goals, focus on those that align with well-established success patterns. Whether in your career, personal development, or finances, identify proven strategies that have worked for others.

Continuous Learning:

Invest your time in learning about and mastering success patterns. Read books, attend seminars, and seek mentors who can guide you based on these tried-and-true methods.

Resilience and Adaptability:

Recognize that following success patterns does not mean you won't face challenges. However, you'll be better equipped to navigate them with the wisdom of established strategies.

In the pursuit of success, it's crucial to differentiate between the inspiring outliers and the reliable patterns that have consistently delivered results. While the stories of exceptional individuals can be motivating, following success patterns with a 90% success rate provides a more dependable and sustainable path to your goals. By prioritizing proven methods, you increase your chances of not only achieving success but also maintaining and building upon it over time. Success is a journey, and by following the right patterns, you can confidently navigate the road to your desired destination.

The Mustard Seed.

The mustard seed is a tiny seed that holds profound wisdom and life lessons. This small seed symbolizes faith, growth, and the potential for remarkable transformation.

Faith and Belief:

The mustard seed is famously mentioned in the Bible, particularly in the teachings of Jesus. In the New Testament, in the book of Matthew 17:20, Jesus says, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

This verse underscores the idea that even the tiniest amount of faith can lead to extraordinary outcomes. In life, it reminds us that having unwavering faith in our abilities, dreams, and aspirations can move mountains and help us achieve our goals. Belief in ourselves and our potential is a driving force for personal growth and achievement.

Growth and Transformation:

The mustard seed starts as a minuscule particle but grows into a large, flourishing plant. Its remarkable growth represents the potential for transformation in our own lives. Just as the mustard seed undergoes a significant change, we, too, can experience personal growth, development, and positive change over time.

In life, this teaches us that small, consistent efforts, like the growth of a seed, can lead to substantial transformations. It encourages us to start small, nurture our goals and ambitions, and patiently watch them flourish over time.

Starting Small:

The mustard seed's journey from a tiny seed to a sizable plant demonstrates the importance of starting small. Many significant accomplishments and projects begin with humble beginnings. Whether it's a career, a relationship, or a personal goal, taking the first step, no matter how small, is crucial.

The mustard seed teaches us not to be discouraged by the size of our initial efforts. Instead, it emphasizes the value of persistence and incremental progress as we work towards our objectives.

Impact on Others:

The mustard plant provides shelter and sustenance to various creatures, symbolizing the potential for our actions to have a positive impact on others. Our growth, achievements, and kindness can create a ripple effect, benefiting those around us.

In life, this reminds us of the importance of contributing positively to our communities and the lives of others. Like the mustard plant, our actions can provide support and nourishment to those in need.

The mustard seed, despite its small size, carries profound lessons that can be applied to various aspects of our lives. It encourages us to have faith in ourselves and our abilities, embrace personal growth and transformation, start small with determination, and make a positive impact on others. By adopting the wisdom of the mustard seed, we can nurture our dreams, achieve our goals, and become agents of positive change in the world.

Contributing Factors & Determining Factors

Life is an intricate web of events, circumstances, and choices that shape our experiences and outcomes. In this intricate dance, there are two kinds of factors at play: determining factors and contributing factors. While contributing factors represent the elements we can influence, it is equally important to understand the power of determining factors in our lives.

Contributing Factors should NEVER be the determining factors in your life.

.., your wife is in class 4.

When I was in Form 1(secondary school), my Chemistry teacher, Mr. Ndegwa, said, 'Young man, your wife is in class 4 in primary school. Leave these girls alone!' This is the most truthful statement that I came to realize later.

In the world of relationships, there's a common adage that says, "Age is just a number." While this may hold true in many cases, it's essential to consider the deeper implications of this age-old saying, especially when it comes to the dynamics between men and women. One often overlooked aspect is the difference in social maturity between genders, which can have a profound impact on the choices young people make when it comes to romantic relationships.

It's not uncommon to hear stories of young men dating or marrying women who are a few years their junior. In fact, it's a pattern that's been observed for generations. But why does this happen? The answer lies in the fascinating realm of social maturity. Studies and anecdotal evidence consistently show that, on average, women tend to mature socially at a faster rate than men. This means that women often develop a deeper understanding of emotions, communication, and relationships earlier in life than their male counterparts. It's not about intelligence or capability; it's about how individuals navigate the complex landscape of human interactions.

Understanding the disparity in social maturity is crucial for young men. It underscores the importance of pausing and carefully considering the timing of romantic relationships. Rushing into serious commitments at an age when emotional maturity is still developing can lead to several challenges:

1. Communication Barriers:

Young men may find it challenging to communicate effectively and empathize with their partners, leading to misunderstandings and conflicts.

2. Unrealistic Expectations:

Immature individuals may have unrealistic expectations of their partners, often fueled by societal pressures and media portrayals of relationships.

3. Stunted Personal Growth:

Committing too early can sometimes hinder personal growth and self-discovery, as individuals may prioritize their relationships over individual aspirations.

4. Increased Risk of Breakup:

Premature commitments can lead to breakups when couples realize that they've grown in different directions due to evolving life goals and personal development.

Instead of rushing into relationships, young men should focus on emotional and spiritual compatibility. This involves not only assessing whether they share common interests and values but also considering their partner's emotional intelligence and maturity. Emotional spiritual compatibility can foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

In conclusion, while age gaps in relationships are not inherently problematic, it's crucial for young men to acknowledge the differences in social maturity between genders. Recognizing that women often mature socially faster is not about making judgments but rather understanding the potential challenges that can arise when entering relationships too hastily. Young men should take the time to grow personally, emotionally, and socially before making significant commitments. Developing a strong sense of self and emotional maturity will not only benefit them in their relationships but also contribute to their overall personal development. In the end, the most fulfilling relationships are those where both partners are on the same page emotionally and are ready to embark on a shared journey of growth and discovery.

The Bridge Between Favor and Blessings is Excellence

Favors bring you opportunities.  Blessing is the ability/skill. Every one of us has innate ability. Favor establish the work of your hands.

You can't defy the law of gravity but there is another law...

The law of gravity, a fundamental force of nature, holds us firmly to the Earth's surface. It's a force we can't defy. Yet, in the realm of science and human innovation, another law exists, one that allows us to soar above the Earth—the law of aerodynamics. Beyond its physical application in aviation, this law offers profound insights into the potential for growth, achievement, and transformation in our lives.

Understanding the Law of Aerodynamics

In the world of physics, aerodynamics deals with the study of the behavior of air as it interacts with solid objects, such as airplanes. It explains how, by generating lift, aircraft can overcome the force of gravity and take flight. In essence, the law of aerodynamics demonstrates that with the right knowledge, tools, and effort, we can defy gravity and reach new heights.

Setting Our Sights on New Horizons

Much like an airplane taking off, our lives often require us to set our sights on new horizons. We may face obstacles that seem insurmountable, but the principles of aerodynamics teach us that, with the right mindset and strategies, we can lift off from the ground of mediocrity and soar toward our aspirations.

Lift: The Force of Purpose

In the world of aviation, lift is the force that opposes gravity and allows an aircraft to ascend. In life, purpose serves as our lift. When we discover our true purpose and align our actions with it, we experience a powerful force that propels us forward. Purpose ignites our passion and provides the energy needed to overcome challenges.

Thrust: The Power of Persistence

Thrust, in aviation, is the force that propels an aircraft forward. In life, persistence plays a similar role. It's the continuous effort and determination that pushes us toward our goals. Just as an airplane requires sustained thrust to maintain its velocity, we need persistence to propel us toward success.

Drag: The Weight of Negativity

Drag, in aerodynamics, is the resistance encountered by an aircraft as it moves through the air. In life, negativity and self-doubt can act as a drag, slowing our progress and making our journey more challenging. Recognizing and minimizing drag is crucial for achieving our desired altitude.

Balance: Navigating Life's Turbulence

Aircraft must maintain balance and stability in flight, even in turbulent conditions. Similarly, in life, we encounter challenges and setbacks. The ability to maintain balance, adapt, and stay focused on our goals is essential for overcoming adversity and achieving our dreams.

Conclusion

The law of aerodynamics reminds us that while we cannot defy the law of gravity, we possess the innate capacity to rise above it through knowledge, purpose, persistence, and adaptability. In the vast expanse of life's possibilities, we are the pilots of our destiny. By harnessing the principles of aerodynamics as metaphors for personal and professional growth, we can lift ourselves to new heights, soar toward our dreams, and navigate life's journey with confidence and resilience. Just as airplanes break free from gravity's grasp, so too can we break free from the constraints that hold us back and reach for the skies of our limitless potential.
